General terms and conditions for squash courts at De Rhijenhof

To ensure everyone can enjoy their game of squash, we have established a number of rules. By reserving a court, you agree to the following terms and conditions. 

General terms and conditions

For squash members

  • Reservations: You can reserve a court up to 7 days in advance via the KNLTB ClubApp or website. You will receive your login details by email once your membership and payment have been processed.
  • Playing time: Members may play for a maximum of one hour per day.
  • Cancelling or changing a booking: You can change a booking up to 15 minutes before the start time via the KNLTB ClubApp or website.

For non-members

  • Reservations: You can book a court up to 7 days in advance via the Meet & Play app or website.
  • Playing time: You can book 30, 60 or 90 minutes of playing time.
  • Cancelling: You can cancel your booking free of charge via the Meet & Play app or website up to 24 hours before the start time.

For all players

  • Court allocation: De Rhijenhof has 7 squash courts: 4 are reserved for members and 3 for non-members.
  • Rackets and balls: Rackets and balls can be rented at the reception during office hours. Outside office hours, they can be rented at the bar. Squash balls can also be purchased in the shop.
  • Footwear: Only shoes with non-marking soles are allowed. Black soles are not permitted.
  • Balls: Only non-marking squash balls may be used.
  • Playing time: At the start of your reserved playing time, the lights on the court will automatically switch on and will turn off when your time has ended. You may only use the court that you have reserved.
  • Children: Children under the age of 12 are only allowed on the squash courts under supervision.
  • Tournaments and events: De Rhijenhof reserves the right to reassign courts or use the entire complex for tournaments or other activities.
  • Hospitality and changing rooms: After playing, you are welcome to use our hospitality facilities and changing rooms.
  • Instructions: The instructions of our staff must always be followed immediately. In case of misconduct, access to the complex may be denied without any refund of fees already paid.
  • Unforeseen circumstances: In cases not covered by these terms and conditions, the management will make a binding decision.
